Regular Group Classes

Flow and Restore:

The perfect balance of movement and relaxation, combining dynamic flowing movement with deeply nourishing restorative postures. This class begins with a gentle, breath-centered flow to build warmth, release tension, and connect body and mind. Afterward, we transition into restorative postures, using props to support the body in longer-held, deeply relaxing positions.

This class is ideal for those seeking stress relief, recovery, or a mindful way to begin the week. Whether you’re looking to restore balance, improve flexibility, or simply live more intentionally, flow and restore will leave you feeling grounded, peaceful, and rejuvenated.

Flow and Restore is offered every other Sunday from 4-5:15pm.

Private Yoga Classes

One on One: Work privately with Nova to target specific areas of your own well-being. Session content is based on the individual and energetic desires of the client. Sessions may be held via zoom or in person, your space or ours. A great way to familiarize yourself to your own mind-body connection without the distraction of a group class.

Small or Large Group: Have your own group of friends/family you’d like to practice with? Looking to bring the benefits of yoga into the workplace? Schedule a private small (2-5) or large (5-30) group class. Sessions may be held via zoom or in person, your space or ours.

Special Event Yoga Class

Have a special event for a group of people (pre-wedding, bachelorette/bachelor party, conference, staff meeting, etc.)? Looking to offer your people something special? Schedule with us for a large group yoga class. We make our classes accessible to all people in most environments as we tailor each offering to those present.

Specialized Series

Beginning Yoga: Work with one of our Experienced Registered Yoga Teachers on the foundations of a yoga practice. This series offers options, modifications, and a sense of exploration as we approach the mind-body-spirit connection from a beginner’s mindset. This series is suitable for all and can run for 4-8 weeks depending on the unique needs of the group.

Beginning Meditation and Mindfulness: Approach mediation and mindfulness with a beginner’s mindset. We explore the fundamentals of meditation and a meditation practice, as well as incorporating mindfulness into our every day lives for greater ease and clarity. This series is suitable for all and can run for 4-8 weeks depending on the unique needs of the group.

Calm: Calm is a specialized series incorporating mindfulness, meditation, and movement to increase a sense of calm and decrease our stress response. Calm uses the tenets of MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn to treat a variety of illnesses such as depression, anxiety, chronic pain, cancer, diabetes, hypertension, immune disorders, addictions and more. This series can be life enhancing and is powerful when applied to all areas of life and is suitable for all. Calm is offered in an 8 week series.

Perfect Union: Perfect Union speaks to the union of the mind, body, and soul. This series focuses on practices and perspectives designed to integrate the many layers of our ‘self’ to achieve optimum health and wellbeing. This is a 6-8 week series and is tailored to meet the needs of those present.

Breath-Body-Mind: A breath-focused series, learn to claim authority over your nervous system by becoming familiar with how it works and how to make it work for our benefit. BBM was designed by Dr. Richard Brown and is powerful and transformative way to relate to the breath, body, and mind connection. This series is suitable for all and can be offered in a 4-8 week series.

Restore: Tap into the subtle body and restore our natural intelligence. This series is all about rest. Hard-core, all encompassing, full body rest. Restore is delivered in a 4 week series of practices designed to bring balance, grounding, peace, and calm to the body through energetically specific postures and guided meditations.
